If they are useful, an author providing open access to his work would not jeopardize their business. It is not either or. Why not in Open Access?&lt;BR/&gt;I don´t want to give the answer. But Please think about one question: should scientists be free to choose their way of publishing? Or should the government choose for them? Do scientist know what is the best  for science or do the politicians  know it better? If Your  proposition is the best solution, it should be successful at the long run.
